The present General contracting conditions or purchase conditions, are updated on the 05/25/2018 and regulate the use of the internet website https://www.regionalco.es  informing  you in compliance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July about services of the information society and electronic commerce, that the responsible is THE SELECT BRAND, S.L. (with NIF number  B54974852 and placed  in Pol. Ind. Santa Fe, C/ Comuna de Carrara, núm. 2. 03660 Novelda. Alicante.

Purchase conditions can be modified in the future, in that case, they will be duly updated in the General section contracting condition, from now on CGC.

THE SELECT BRAND, S.L. guarantees the quality of the contracted service through this website, as well as all the rights that laws in vigor guarantee to the consumers and users. Its accomplishment will provide to the customer the right of returning the products.

 

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY.

Customer is obliged to make lawful use of the services, without controvert law in vigor, or hurt  the rights and interests of third parties, guaranteeing the veracity and accuracy of personal data provided during the contracting process. Non-compliance of these conditions can cause withdrawal or cancellation of the product by THE SELECT BRAND, S.L., without any previous notification to the customer and without giving any right to compensation.

PURCHASING PROCESS.

The user or purchaser  should be registered, we need to know his/her identity in order to manage his/her purchase. You can register he  (link to the registration process)

Once you are registered, you only need to follow this process:

PRICES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

Prices indicated in our  PORTAL, are IVA included and they are only valid for orders placed through our website, and sometimes they can defer from prices and promotions applied in our establishment.

THE SELECT BRAND, S.L. can make appropriate modifications considered in prices and promotions, in every moment and without previous notification. In any case, the user will always pay the price and follow the conditions determined in the moment of purchase.

Shipping costs in every transaction are not included in the Price and they are detailed in the moment of placing the order.

THE SELECT BRAND, S.L. offers several means of payment for you to choose that one that is better for you or which best adapts to your needs:

  • “Card”. Bank transaction will not be made until we have checked the stock of the product(s) and after the validation of the card you have provided.  To pay for the order using your card you will be asked for your card number, expiration  date  and security code. Data security is guaranteed through SSL homologated encryption protocols. Remember that all the data sent  through this form are protected by the Secure Socket  Layer (SSL) encryption system. This system encrypts data so if anybody during the transmission process would get of these data, he/she will not be able to read them as he/ she do no have the required key. We do not store the details of the card.
  • “Bank transfer”. Bank number where you need to make the income to  THE SELECT BRAND, S.L. is ES22 2100 2040 9002 0011 4769, indicating  as the subject the name of the customer and the order number. Products will be sent as soon as we receive the income.
  • “Paypal”. When you choose this method you will be redirected to the website of the service provider, where you need to accept the conditions and policies which this one establish at every moment.

    1. When the amount of a purchase has been charged in a fraudulent or improper way using the credit card number, its consumer and user can demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In that case, the required debit and repayment  annotations in the businessman and consumer and user  accounts owner of the credit card will be done as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase had been done by the consumer and user owner of the credit card and the demand of refund would not be a consequence of exercising the right of withdrawal or resolution, the consumer will be responsible for the compensation of the harms and damages to the businessman as a consequence of that cancellation.

In case of delay or problems in  the attainment of the order, the customer will be contacted in order to be informed and in its case enable cancellation of the order with the return of the payment. ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASE

There will be no contract between the purchaser and THE SELECT BRAND, S.L until the order has been accepted by us. If your offer is not accepted and a payment has been charged in your account, it will be completely returned.

When the user has chosen the method of payment, filled in the billing information, confirmed the data, accepted the general contracting conditions and press the PURCHASE button, you will become a customer, without being applicable the novelties which can occur in the clauses of the General conditions after the purchase made. After the confirmation of the purchase, we will send you a mail with the contract done.

WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied, the purchaser can resort to the right of withdrawal, which consists in the return of the product in a 14  working days period from the receipt of the merchandise. With this aim the purchaser will have to fill in the withdrawal form provided together with the purchase confirmation. You can also find this document in the following link “Withdrawal form “. The costs of returning the product will be paid by the customer.

You will not be able to resort to the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

  • If the purchaser is not considered as a consumer or user according to the legislation on consumers and users, it means as final consumer, and not  to use it for selling again. It is the case of companies which are reselling this products, which means wholesale.
  • Provision of services, once the service has been executed, when the service has started, with previous consent from the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he/she is aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the businessman, he/she will have lost the right of withdrawal.
  • Supplying goods produced according to consumer and user requests or customized.
  • Supplying goods liable to suffer deterioration or expire quickly.
  • Supplying sealed goods which are not able to be returned due to health or hygiene protection and which have been unsealed after their delivery.
  • Supplying goods which have been mixed in an indissociable way, after their delivery and taking into account their nature.
  • Supplying alcoholic beverages which price has been agreed in the moment of entering the sales contract that couldn’t be delivered before 30 days, and  which real value depends on market fluctuations not controllable by the businessman.

If different order from the requested  one is delivered by a mistake attributable to THE SELECT BRAND, S.L it will be replaced with the correct one without any additional cost. THE SELECT BRAND, S.L. will replace those products delivered in bad conditions or with damages, without any additional cost for the purchaser.

To proceed with the return you should send us a mail, to this email address: admin@regionalco.es or end or call us to 966186737 attaching the withdrawal document. If you want to cancel an order, you can do it before it has been sent, on the contrary, you should wait to receive it and return as long as the conditions previously detailed  are complied.

This right is additional to guarantee right stated in RDL 1/2007 of 16 n

November about defense of consumers and users.

Refund of the amounts paid. The refund  will be made through  the same method of payment used in the purchase, except in the case of having paid by cash at the delivery. In this case, the refund will be done via bank transfer. THE SELECT BRAND, S.L will not refund any quantity or will make no return of the goods until the verification of the product sent and its packing status. The price to be returned is the one you paid in your order, excluding delivery costs. THE SELECT BRAND, S.L. will be responsible of the shipping costs of defective orders, in bad conditions and mistaken deliveries, as long as the customer communicates this circumstance. Once the right , status of the returned product has been verified THE SELECT BRAND, S.L. will refund the payment in a maximum period of 14 days.

STORAGE OF THE CONTRACT.

The contract electronically hold will be stored by HE SELECT BRAND, S.L. in their servers and you can accede it, as long as you have been registered as a user.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION.

The present general conditions  will be governed by Spanish law, subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Novelda (Spain) for any controversy derived from them.
