Salads seem to want less in winter. The secret to enjoying a good salad at this time of year is set softening temperature of the ingredients and achieve a mild but contrasts plate. Mushroom salad and prosciutto.
- 1 Package of mixed salad.
- 200gr. seasonal mushroom or mushrooms.
- 200gr. Serrano ham.
- 1 Garlic.
- 3 tbsp olive oil.
- Salt, pepper and mustard (Pinwheel All Seasoning Mix)
How do the warm salad of mushrooms and ham?
Chop the garlic and put it to fry with oil in a pan. When done, put the ham cut into thin strips and saute about 2 minutes. Remove and toss the mushrooms for 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Mix ingredients and serve with mixed salad leaves.
