THE SELECT BRAND, SL, hereinafter THE SELECT BRAND, is committed to transparency and clarity in the commercial transactions carried out on its portal (https://regionalco.es), guaranteeing a space committed to the rights of users and clients. Therefore, we ask that before contracting the products that we make available to you on the website, you read these conditions and terms that apply to the provision of the services we offer.

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between THE SELECT BRAND and the customers of the website https://regionalco.es. THE SELECT BRAND reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time. The services/products are available only to legal entities and those over 18 years of age. Therefore, by placing your order you confirm that you are over 18 years old.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SELECT BRAND reserves the right to make modifications and updates to the information contained on the website, its configuration and presentation, access conditions, contracting conditions, etc., at any time and without prior notice. Therefore, users should access updated versions of the page.

THE SELECT BRAND will not be liable for any loss arising from the improper or unauthorized use of its website.

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless THE SELECT BRAND from any and all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including direct, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys' fees resulting from any breach by the user/buyer of these terms and conditions, whether or not considered material or immaterial; the use or misuse of the Services by the user or any person acting on their behalf or using their account with THE SELECT BRAND; or any material or immaterial violation of any third-party rights, titles or interests.

Our sole responsibility will be to supply the product under the terms and conditions expressed in this contracting policy.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer is obligated to use the services lawfully, without violating current legislation or infringing upon the rights and interests of third parties, guaranteeing the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data provided during the contracting process. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the withdrawal or cancellation of products by THE SELECT BRAND, SL, without prior notice to the Customer and without giving rise to any right to compensation. By placing your order, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The user or buyer must be registered; we need to know who you are to process your purchase. You can register here (link to registration process).

Once you are registered, you just need to follow the process below:

  • Select the products you want to buy
  • Add them to your shopping cart
  • Click the button to complete your purchase
  • Confirm the billing and shipping address
  • Select your payment and shipping method.
  • Place your order

If you start by selecting products directly, you will need to register when you begin the purchase process.

If we receive an order via email, it is understood that you accept these terms and conditions.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS.

The prices shown on our PORTAL include VAT and are valid only for orders placed through it, and may occasionally differ from the prices and promotions applicable in our establishment.

THE SELECT BRAND, SL may make any changes it deems necessary to prices and promotions at any time and without prior notice. In any case, the price and conditions in effect at the time of purchase will always apply to the User.

Shipping costs for each transaction are not included in the price and are indicated at the time of placing each order.

THE SELECT BRAND, SL offers you several payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:

  • “Card”. The bank transaction will not be processed until we have verified the availability of the product(s) and subsequently validated the bank card you provided. To pay for your order by credit card, you will be asked for your card number, expiration date, and security code. Data security is guaranteed through certified SSL encryption protocols. Remember that all data you submit through this form is protected by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption system. This system encrypts the data so that if someone manages to intercept it during the data transmission process, they will not be able to read it because they do not have the necessary key. We do not store your card details.
  • “Bank transfer”. The account number to which you should make the payment to THE SELECT BRAND, SL is ES22 2100 2040 9002 0011 4769, indicating in the payment details the customer's name and order number. The products will be sent to you as soon as we receive confirmation of the bank transfer.
  • “PayPal”. By choosing this method, you will be redirected to the service provider's website, where you will accept the terms and policies established by them at that time.
  • Redsys Processing Services, SL. By choosing this method, you will be redirected to the service provider's website, where you will accept the terms and policies established by the provider at that time.

When a purchase amount has been fraudulently or improperly charged using a payment card number, the cardholder may demand immediate cancellation of the charge. In such cases, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of both the business and the cardholder will be made as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase was actually made by the consumer and user who holds the card and the demand for a refund was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination, the consumer will be obliged to compensate the business for the damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

THE SELECT BRAND, SL will ship your products via the courier service of its choice, at the customer's expense. We will receive the order at the address you provide.

Should there be a significant delay or problems with fulfilling the order, the customer will be contacted to inform them and, if applicable, allow for order cancellation with a full refund. ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASE

No contract will exist between the buyer and THE SELECT BRAND, SL until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If your offer is not accepted and any payment has been charged to your account, it will be refunded in full.

Once the User has chosen their payment method, filled in their billing information, confirmed their details, accepted the general terms and conditions, and clicked the BUY button, they will immediately become a Customer. Any changes to the General Terms and Conditions that may occur after the purchase will not apply to them. After the purchase is confirmed, we will send you an email with the completed contract.

WITHDRAWAL

Our preparation and packaging processes are very strict, and we guarantee that all items are shipped without defects. Please check that the seals securing your package have not been tampered with or damaged. Never accept a package that is visibly damaged (signs of wear and tear and/or attempts to open it). If you find any damage, please notify us immediately without breaking the seal.

Right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, which consists of returning the purchased product within fourteen business days of receiving the goods. To do so, you must complete the withdrawal form that will be provided with your purchase confirmation. This form can also be found at the following link: “Withdrawal Form” . Once completed, please send it to us by email to admin@regionalco.es

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

You may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

  • If the buyer does not qualify as a consumer or user under consumer protection legislation, meaning as an end consumer, and is not purchasing for resale, this applies to companies that sell these products wholesale.
  • The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the trader, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
  • The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
  • The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon at the time of entering into the sales contract and which cannot be delivered before 30 days, and whose real value depends on market fluctuations that the entrepreneur cannot control.

If an order is delivered that differs from the one requested due to an error attributable to THE SELECT BRAND, SL, it will be replaced with the correct item at no additional cost. THE SELECT BRAND, SL will also replace any products that arrive damaged or in poor condition, at no additional cost to the buyer.

To request a return, please send us an email to admin@regionalco.es or call us at +34 966 18 67 37, attaching the withdrawal form. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so as long as we have not yet shipped it. Otherwise, you must wait to receive it and then return it, provided the aforementioned conditions are met.

This right is in addition to the guarantee right recognized in Royal Decree-Law 1/2007 of November 16 on the defense of consumers and users.

Refund of amounts paid. The refund will be issued via the original payment method, except in the case of cash on delivery. In this case, the refund will be made via bank transfer. THE SELECT BRAND, SL will not issue a refund or resend any merchandise until the receipt and condition of the packaging and the item being returned or exchanged have been verified. The refund amount will be the price originally shown on the order, excluding shipping costs. THE SELECT BRAND, SL will cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped orders, provided the customer reports the issue. Once the returned product has been verified to be in good condition, THE SELECT BRAND, SL will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

We have an after-sales service to solve any problems with our products or shipments, through which we offer the fastest and most efficient attention to our customers.

EXPIRY, STORAGE AND GUARANTEE

QUALITY GUARANTEE. We perform 3 quality controls:

  1. We perform an initial factory check.
  2. A second check in the office, ensuring that the product quality is perfect.
  3. Finally, we prepare the product for shipment and make sure it is in perfect condition when you open the box.

Upon receiving the product, please check the expiration dates and notify us immediately if you notice any issues. Please remember that products tampered with by the buyer or third parties will be excluded from any warranty or refund policy (see the Withdrawal, Returns and Cancellations section).

LANGUAGE

The language in which the contract between THE SELECT BRAND, SL and the Client will be perfected is Spanish.

CONTRACT FILE.

The contract, entered into electronically, will be archived by THE SELECT BRAND, SL on its servers and you will be able to access it, provided you have registered as a User.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law, and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Novelda (Spain).
