We have the ultimate tool to replace your griddles and pans. However, it's only for grilling meats, vegetables, or fish. With the salt stone, you'll not only cook quickly, but you'll also be able to achieve the perfect level of salt for delicious results.

Thanks to its metal stand, it's easy and quick to use. Here are the steps to follow to ensure your meals turn out perfectly and your salt stone is a real winner:

Use the salt block directly on gas burners, in ovens, or over hot coals (not suitable for induction cooktops). Heat for 15 minutes on low heat, 15 minutes on medium heat, and 10 minutes on high heat. If you prefer to use it in the oven, place the block inside with the oven turned off and heat for 40 minutes at 70°C (158°F). Gradually increase the temperature to 250°C (480°F).

For use over hot coals, place it directly on the barbecue grill for 45 minutes.

Important: Do not use the salt block if it is not hot enough, your food will absorb more salt than recommended.

Once the oven reaches the correct cooking temperature, remove the block and protect the cooking surface with a wooden board or similar. Place the meat, fish, or vegetables on the block, after seasoning them with our special Regional Co. seasonings, to give your dishes a unique flavor. Use tongs to turn and plate the food.

Allow the block to cool completely, at least an hour, before cleaning. To clean it, use a spatula or metal scouring pad, then wipe with paper towels or a damp cloth. Do not use soap or any chemical products, as this will compromise its effectiveness.

Please note: with use, the block will darken in color and decrease in size.
